This legal battle is regarding a concert in South Korea in which one of these were expected to perform. A company, allegedly, known as Moonstone Management hired another company J-Mike to land either Eminem or Justin Bieber for a music concert in the year 2010.

Now, Moonstone has registered a lawsuit after this company was unable to provide of these stars. TMZ says that Moonstone gave $ 300000 to J-Mike so that they can secure either Justin Bieber or thirty-eight year old Eminem.
J-Mike, however, strung Moonstone along for few months before calling off the contract finally. But no payment was refunded. As a result, therefore, Moonstone is realized to be litigating J-Mike for the money rested on as well as damages that are not specified.

The plaintiffs claim that music giants are wrongfully considering digital music purchases as “sales” instead of “licenses.” Due to this, artists are getting only revenue of around 10 to 20% instead of around 50-50 split which the artists are supposed to get.

In a 2010 case involving rap artist Eminem’s record producers F.B.T. Productions, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals appealed towards the “license” interpretation and remanded the case to the district court in order to find out how much amount of money was owed by Aftermath Records, which is a subsidiary firm under the Universal Music Group.

The two sides will battle it out in an upcoming jury trial to decide how much money Eminem’s production team is supposed to get. THR has also got the audit report that was made by the plaintiff’s accounting expert which F.B.T. plans to present before the jury. This audit report is being severely disputed by the defendants as it shows the digital downloads owe millions of dollars to the artist. The report also displays various other ways in which record labels deny money from the artists, such as overstating TV advertising costs and by not sharing the income from litigation winnings.
The trial will be held this year on April 4th.

In an interview, Slim Shady revealed why he chooses to support the Dallas Cowboys instead of his home team Detroit Lions. Slim said that the Lions used to play so badly when he was younger that he decided to go against the popular trends and stop supporting his home team.

However, this year he is frustrated being a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Nevertheless, Eminem is not ready to lose all hope on Tony Romo just yet.

Eminem says that even if the Dallas Cowboys has not fared well this season, having Tony Romo on their side still gives Dallas an edge over the other teams. The rapper admits that being a football fan can be difficult and frustrating. Diehard fans like him frequently do invest themselves much over the game. After that, seeing the favorite team lose can literally ruin an individual’s entire week. Eminem however, still stresses the fact that he is still fond of the Lions and would always give them the first preference. It is just that he decided to choose a better team in the form of the Cowboys as the Lions were not meeting up his standards of excellence.

Eminem’s stance regarding the Dallas Cowboys is not unlike most other fans of the team. People often seem to be somewhat tired of Romo’s ways; however everyone considers him to be a talented footballer.

Romo believes that this Dallas team has the ability to win the Super Bowl. However he also admits that such a thing would be possible only if he stops committing crucial mistakes in important games. Romo also thinks it is necessary for him to be healthy, which is at present beyond his control.
